AIT ACCOMPANYING HONDA VIETNAM IN ORGANIZING LIVESTREAM EVENTS – NEW SOLUTIONS IN COVID TIME
In the complex context of COVID, livestreaming is the leading trend in the event planning industry. With a willingness to integrate and always look for top solutions, AIT has researched and updated the service provision Livetream Event combined with live television to meet all customers’ needs.
On March 26, 2021, AIT Group was honored to be chosen by Honda Vietnam to organize the Final Round of the 2021 Honda Excellent Staff – Honda Auto Distributor Contest using Livestreaming method
In order to ensure the safety of the contest, as well as comply with the regulations of the State, after many discussions, HVN and AIT have agreed to organize the program with activities as shown in the following:
Shorten the competition scale from nearly 400 people down to only 50 contestants and organizing team. Divide the contest into 4 zones to reduce the amount of exposure in each area
Live stream all contests on 4 fanpages at the same time with high quality network bandwidth, stable transmission line so that audiences across the country can follow.
The award ceremony carried out using Live Broadcasting similar to one used on TV at 2 bridge points, complying with the distance requirements while still performing the live award ceremony between the 2 locations as 1.
Pre-record the cheering pictures and videos of the spectators and fans of all contestants to energize the contestants and stir the atmosphere at the scene.
The contest took place successfully and achieved satisfaction of the entire HVN team, as well as the audience and fans across the country. Once again, AIT has impressed HVN with updating trends, consulting capacity – comprehensive organization skills, ability to meet optimal solutions in all circumstances.
